Welcome to all the Participants

All registration fees must be paid in U.S. dollars by the established deadline dates.
Registration can be conducted by printing a registration form and mailing it to Steak of the Town, c\o NTHCC 900 8th St, Ste 304 Wichita Falls, TX 76301 with payment.
Acceptable methods of payment for registration are: check or money order.
Registrations paid by check or money order are not considered complete and will not be confirmed unless full payment is received.

COOK OFF SCHEDULE
SATURDAY October 6TH
10:00 a.m. Gates open for set up.
12:00 p.m. Set up complete. Gates are open to public. Entertainment begins.
2:30 p.m. Judging Begins

Each team will be given a container (approx. size: 15x9x4) to present competition meat to judges. Awards will be given for third, second, first, and Grand Prizes.

4:00 p.m. Dinner will be served.
 
6:00 p.m. Award Ceremony.
 
10:00 p.m. Competition ends.

Where: Downtown at the Farmer's Market
Date: Saturday, October 6th
Time: Event starts at 12 PM. Dinner will be served from 4 PM to 7 PM
