Rules for the Competition:
- Each team will consist of no more than 4 individuals, aged 16 or older. Head cook must be at least 21 years of age.
- Each team will be provided with a 20x20 cooking area and a container for submitting their steaks to the judges.
- First, second and third prizes will be awarded in each category as well as prizes for overall showmanship and grand champion. Prizes are as follow:

- Showmanship must neither impair the quality nor the safety of the food or its preparation. It must also not infringe on the rights, space or safety of other teams.

- Each team must provide their own canopy/tent, prep table, chairs, grill, fuel, cooking utensils, fire extinguisher, coolers, ice and/or whatever else they deem necessary to cook their steaks.
- Steaks may not be removed from your numbered cooking area. Any violation of this will result in immediate team disqualification from the competition. Teams are expected to account for all steaks issued, either by turning in a ticket stub or a cooked steak,
